One year of coverage for defects in Relay hardware.
Coverage
Gather Platforms Inc., d/b/a Relay, warrants to the original end-user purchaser that Relay hardware and included accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the delivery date.
Remedy
If a valid claim is made during the warranty period, we may repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or better functional performance, or refund the purchase price. We pay reasonable shipping costs for a valid claim. Repaired or replacement products are covered for the longer of the remainder of the original period or 90 days.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; loss or theft; consumable components unless failure results from a defect; damage from accident, abuse, liquid, extreme conditions, improper charging or power, unauthorized repair or modification, use contrary to instructions, or third-party products and services; or products with removed or altered identifying marks.
Making a claim
Email dkahuha@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable diagnostic information and proof of purchase. Do not send the product until we provide instructions.
Legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow that limitation, so it may not apply to you. No statement here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
