These terms govern purchases from Relay and your use of this website.
Seller and acceptance
Gather Platforms Inc., doing business as Relay (“Relay,” “we,” or “us”), sells the products offered on this site. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the Preorder Terms, Privacy Policy, and policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, do not order.
Eligibility and orders
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You promise that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, sanctions or export restrictions, inventory constraints, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the cancelled amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The displayed $299 preorder price excludes applicable tax, which is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and its payment partners. Your statement may identify Gather Platforms Inc. or our configured Relay descriptor.
Product and availability
Relay is under development. Descriptions, images, demonstrations, and specifications may evolve. We aim to preserve the product’s essential advertised purpose and will seek consent before any materially different substitution. Software features may require updates, an internet connection, a compatible phone, third-party services, or a Relay account; final requirements will be disclosed before shipment.
Shipping, risk, and title
Preorder timing is governed by the Preorder Terms. We will send tracking when available. Risk of loss and title pass when the product is delivered to the address you provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us promptly about loss or damage in transit.
Returns and warranty
Our Return & Refund Policy and Limited Warranty are incorporated into these terms. They do not limit nonwaivable rights under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable site use and intellectual property
You may use this site only for lawful personal or business evaluation and purchasing. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that burdens our systems, or misuse our marks. Relay names, designs, text, software, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, this site is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from an order or this site. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. We do not require individual arbitration in these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. The terms accepted when you ordered continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
