What to expect after Relay arrives.
Preorders before shipment
A preorder may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. After that period, it is final and non-cancellable except in the circumstances described in our Preorder Terms or where applicable law requires otherwise.
30-day return period
After delivery, you may request a return within 30 calendar days. The device must be returned with included components and, absent a defect, in substantially original condition. Reasonable inspection is allowed. We may reduce a refund only for value lost through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, where applicable law permits.
How to return
Email dkahuha@gmail.com before sending anything. We will provide instructions and, for US orders, a prepaid return label. Return the product within 14 days after receiving authorization. We are not responsible for items sent without authorization or to the wrong address.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product price and applicable tax to the original payment method. Original standard shipping was free. Expedited shipping, if separately purchased, is not refundable unless the product was defective or required by law. We aim to issue accepted refunds within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post them.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Contact us promptly with a description and, when useful, photos. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund without charging return shipping, consistent with our warranty and applicable law.
Non-returnable items
We may refuse returns of products materially damaged through accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or missing key components, except where the return concerns a covered defect or law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights.
