The practical details for ordering Relay before it is ready to ship.
What you are ordering
You are placing a paid preorder for one Relay hardware device from Gather Platforms Inc., doing business as Relay (“Relay,” “we,” or “us”). This is a preorder, not an item currently in stock. Product images and demonstrations show our present design intent; appearance, materials, software, packaging, and nonessential specifications may change as development and manufacturing continue. We will not substitute a materially different product without your express consent.
Price, tax, and shipping
The preorder price is $299 per device. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. Free standard shipping is included for eligible United States addresses. Orders may include up to 100 devices per checkout. We charge the full amount when the preorder is placed.
Expected shipment
We have stated an expected shipment deadline of December 31, 2026. This date is an estimate based on our current development and fulfillment plans, not a guarantee. We will send material progress updates to the email address provided at checkout.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, provide a revised date when reasonably possible, and give you the choice required by applicable law: consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. When affirmative consent is required and we do not receive it, we will cancel and refund the order.
Cancellation and order changes
You may cancel all or part of a preorder within 24 hours after purchase by emailing dkahuha@gmail.com from the address used to order and including your Stripe receipt or order details. After that period, the preorder is final and non-cancellable except if we miss the stated shipment deadline, materially change the product, cannot fulfill the order, or applicable law requires otherwise. When a cancellation or refund applies, we will return the relevant amount, including related tax, to the original payment method. Bank processing times may apply after we issue the refund.
Address changes
Tell us promptly if your shipping address changes. We may require identity or payment verification before changing an address. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and accurate contact information.
After shipment
Once shipped, the Return & Refund Policy and Limited Warranty apply. These terms supplement our Terms of Sale. If they conflict on a preorder-specific issue, these Preorder Terms control.
